The OD Chat Group is an international community of professionals in organizational development (OD), industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology, and human resources (HR) who gather monthly for interactive, small-group conversations with experienced practitioners and thought leaders.
Each session is designed to go beyond passive learning—creating space for meaningful dialogue, real-world insights, and practical application.
Participation is limited to small groups (approximately 20 attendees) to ensure high-quality discussion, direct access to subject matter experts, and a more personalized experience.
Sessions are recorded and made available to attendees and ITC members, with additional access available through ITC’s public resources.
Access and Registration
ITC members and meeting attendees receive complimentary access to session recordings through ITC Member Resources.
Non-members can access recordings through ITC’s public resources for a nominal fee.
